Notes.-

1.There are two beds ¿to be¿ in Spanish

Ser expresses an essential characteristic with no indication of the circumstances of the subject: soy inglés: ¿I am English¿; eres una mujer: ¿you are a woman¿.

On the other hand, the verb estar: it expresses situation in space or time, and physical or moral states, that could change into different states.
