Notes.-

1.Mezclando: ¿mixing¿. The present participle can be used as a complete phrase (e.g. by mixing, while mixing, on mixing, etc) without adding a preposition.

2.Reflexive verbs are commonly used to replace the passive. ¿It is represented¿ thus becomes se representa: literally ¿it represents itself¿. From now on, we will no longer explain this every time. See also sentence 10: se ha convertido: ¿has been converted¿.
