Further to our telephone conversation, please be advised that as of today’s date we have collected from the owners and are forwarding you via courier service the specification and drawings of the above underlined vessel for your corresponding quotation.

As I mentioned in our telecon of today, the closing date for submission of this quotation is 30th of this month, and there are three shipyards competing apart from yours, so we are looking forward to your providing them with a competitive tender.

For the sake of good order and as we agreed during our discussions recently, should this vessel repair be awarded to you, our account will be credited with 3% off the final total invoice.

Como ampliación a nuestra conversación telefónica, les informamos de que con fecha de hoy hemos recogido de los armadores y les hemos enviado por mensajería la especificación y los planos del buque arriba subrayado para la correspondiente cotización.

Como les comentamos en nuestra conversación telefónica de hoy, la fecha tope para la presentación de este presupuesto es el 30 de este mes y hay tres astilleros que compiten aparte del suyo, por lo que esperamos por su parte una oferta competitiva.

Para el buen control y, como acordamos recientemente durante nuestra intercambio de puntos de vista, en caso de que se les adjudicase la reparación del buque, nos abonarán en cuenta el 3% del total de la factura final.
