M: Yeah. By the way, the room was perfect, too. A magnificent view.
L: Good to hear that, too. Well, here´s the bill from the restaurant, this one´s from the bar and this is for the room. Will you pay cash or credit?
M: Cash. I didn´t bring my credit cards. I left them at home. Stupid, isn´t it?
L: Well, it happens. So, that´ll be 295 dollars all told.
M: Let´s see... Here are three hundred smackers. Keep the change.

III. Debate: Mr. Morris used some words and phrases that are not suitable for a formal context, e.g. like crazy, smackers. Laura does about the same when she says big time. What´s your take on this? I beg your pardon, what´s your opinion about this kind of language in such situations?
